What is EMDR?

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based structured therapy approach that helps individuals heal from trauma, difficult memories, emotional distress, and shift negative beliefs. These benefits are achieved on a cognitive, emotional and physical level helping you move through stuck points to engage in life in a more productive way. $185 - For steady, consistent EMDR progress.

90-Minute Session

$300 - For deeper EMDR processing, often scheduled every other week. Gives enough time to process general challenges as well.

45-50 Minute Sessions

$165 - Support between EMDR sessions to address daily challenges & integrate progress.
